Mr. Konstantin F. Zatulin is the Armenian propagandist within the Russian Parliament (Duma).
It is worth noting Mr. Zatulin ran his campaigns for his 2021 election for the Russian Parliament (Duma) from the Sochi district [ a beautiful location on the shore of the Black sea in the southern Russia. President Putin takes his holidays to spend his times in the Sochi region].
It is also interesting to inform that this Sochi district has a very strong Armenian community and Mr. Zatulin always attack Turkey and Azerbaijan to haevest the votes of Armenians.
Before the election (2021) Mr. Zatulin informed to his Armenian supporters (the Russian subjects in the South Caucasus) the following message:

The Karabakh region of Azerbaijan has become equall to the Donbas region of Ukraine.
President Putin thinks of Donbas in Ukraine for expanding of the Russian military influence as he thinks of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan for the Russian dominace in the South Caucasus.
Putin and Lavrov are emphaszing for the implementstion of the Russian rules in both: the Donbas region of Ukraine as well as the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
Although Russian President Vladimir Putin lies and always tricks the public inside and ohtside Russia by saying that Russia does not recognize the Nagorno-Karabakh,as an independent state, but the truth is that Russia supports the Armenian separatists in the Karabakh and Russia approaches to bind the Karabakh to Russia.
The reality proves that Russia gradually wants to integrate the Armenian separatists within this part of the Azerbaijani territory to Russia itself.
There are the voices from the Russian Parliament (Duma) who call to Putin to annex the Karabakh of Azerbaijan to Russia.
Demagogically, Mr. Putin and Mr. Sergey Lavrov (Minster of Foreign Affairs) deceive the world.
They deceive and claim that Russia will not support the military activities of the so-called the self-proclaimed Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
But the truth is that Russia militarily, culturally, finacially is doing everything in its capability to make the Armenian separatists as the Russian subjects.

Russia trains the Armenian separatists to fight the Russia's proxy wars against Azerbaijan.
Russia supplies to the Armenian separatists with the weapons and the military information [ the weapons mostly free] .
The tsar of Russia, President Putin, demagogically, declars in the mass media that Russia considers the territory of the Karabakh as an integral part of the Azerbaijan territory [ i.e. from which the Karabakh Armenians separatists broke away in an Armenia-backed war in the early 1990s, of course, by the involvement of the Russian military assistance]
But the political experts know that the reality is that Russia has been the master planner for all military actions initiated by the Armenian separatists within the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
Russia has its hands in all tensions in Azerbaijan.
Russia has been behind the scenes and it has mastered all the millitary activities by the Armenian separatists within the Azerbaijani territory in the Karabakh region.
In the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani fighters are fighting against the Russians and their subjects in the South Caucasus, that is, the Armenians.
Russia does not want to give up its imperialistic ambitions within the Karabakh of Azeebaijan.
Russia wants the whole territory of Azerbaijan under its control.
The Armenians are used for the Russia's.l proxy wars against Azerbaijan.
Since the Nov 10, 2020 the Russian intervention troops have occupied around 4000 sqare kilometers of the Karabkah's territories to support the Armenian separatism.
Ironically, these Russian invaders wrongly call themselves as the Russian peace troops!
Although the Armenian separatists in the Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh falsely claum that they do not have any relations with the Ukrainian breakaway separatists and do not recognize one another, but the reality is that the Kremlin in Moscow facilitates their relatiinships.
The Russian vassals within the occupied territories of Georgia: Abkhazia and South Ossetia also do have very tight relationships with the Armenian separatists in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.

believing that they have a mission.
They are wrongly believing that their mission obligate Russian rulers to keep the countries like Azerbaijan and Georgia and other Soviet republics under the military, political and economical control of Russia.
Mr. Putin and his cowboys are believing that Russia is militarily a great power either within the former Soviet space or after Putin's rise to power and intimidating the European countries with the nuclear attacks.
Mr. Putin and those who want to revive the former Soviet empire, are wrongly feeling that they are responsible to keep the privileged interests of Russia in the South Caucasus, in the Ukraine and in the Moldova.
Mr. Putin created a military alliance with a name:
"Collective Treaty Security Organization" (CSTO).
Georgia and Azerbaijan in the South Caucasus are not the members the CSTO.
Only Armenia in the South Caucasus (as the satelite state of Russia) is the member of the CSTO.
Armenia and other members of the CSTO are the members of an economic bloc, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in which Russia keeps its hegemony to dictate what it should be done.
Russia and Armenia (the two sides) have very close relationships and plans.
Russia and Armenia together plan the Russian proxy wars against Azerbaijan.
Armenia and Russia have very close ties.
They have a strong military cooperation and alliance.
Russia and Armenia have very strong economical relationships with over 70 percent of depenfency of Armenia to Russia.
Many Armenians who are the Russian-Armenians and are living in Russia, they are controling the Russian newspapers and the Russian News Agencies (Sputnik and RT).
These Armenians in Russia
have the high positions in the government.
For instance the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov ( whose real name is Sergey Kalantarian or Kalantatov.
Lavrov's father Viktor Kalantarian was an Armenian from Tiblissi in Georgia.
Mr. Lavrov helped Putin to occupy the territories of Georgia in 2008.
There are the Armenians who have been allowed to became the Russian Ambassadors (the current Russian Ambassador in Iran is an Armenian).
Sergey Lavrov is the right hand of Mr. Putin.
Mr Lavrov is advising Mr.Putin for making wars against the former Soviet Republics.
Sergey Shoigu is the Minister of Defense.
Mr. Shoigu and Mr. Lavrov are the axis of evils.
Both of them are evils.
Putin keeps them because they help hum to kill the innocent people and to occupy the terrutories of the neighbours.
They are killers.

Yes, Mr. Putin has a dream.
A dream for ruling in a Russian empire.
Putin wants Ukraine and Moldova in his empire.
He resists to accept Ukraine and Moldova are the independent countries.
Mr. Sergey Lavrov (the Russian Foreign Minister) wrongly believes that the post Soviet republics are in a misreable situation.
Mr. Lavrov believes these new republics are like the orphans. They need to be supervised (by Russia).
In the Russia Parilament (Duma) many members (Deputats) are thinking like Putin and Lavrov.
Despite the misrable social situations.
Despite the worst economical conditions of millions of people who are living in poverty.
President Putin constantly is halucinating with the past tyranny of Russia and its military and its occupational politics against the neighbours.
President Putin wants to make Russia great again!
Mr. Putin and his cowboys in Moscow (Sergey Lavrov and Sergey Shoigu) are
believing that they have a mission.
They are wrongly believing that their mission obligate Russian rulers to keep the countries like Azerbaijan and Georgia and other Soviet republics under the military, political and economical control of Russia.
Mr. Putin and his cowboys are believing that Russia is militarily a great power either within the former Soviet space or after Putin's rise to power and intimidating the European countries with the nuclear attacks.
Mr. Putin and those who want to revive the former Soviet empire, are wrongly feeling that they are responsible to keep the privileged interests of Russia in the South Caucasus, in the Ukraine and in the Moldova.
Mr. Putin created a military alliance with a name:
"Collective Treaty Security Organization" (CSTO).
Georgia and Azerbaijan in the South Caucasus are not the members the CSTO.
Only Armenia in the South Caucasus (as the satelite state of Russia) is the member of the CSTO.
Armenia and other members of the CSTO are the members of an economic bloc, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in which Russia keeps its hegemony to dictate what it should be done.
Russia and Armenia (the two sides) have very close relationships and plans.
Russia and Armenia together plan the Russian proxy wars against Azerbaijan.
Armenia and Russia have very close ties.
They have a strong military cooperation and alliance.
Russia and Armenia have very strong economical relationships with over 70 percent of depenfency of Armenia to Russia.
Many Armenians who are the Russian-Armenians and are living in Russia, they are controling the Russian newspapers and the Russian News Agencies (Sputnik and RT).
These Armenians in Russia
have the high positions in the government.
For instance the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov ( whose real name is Sergey Kalantarian or Kalantatov.
Lavrov's father Viktor Kalantarian was an Armenian from Tiblissi in Georgia.
Mr. Lavrov helped Putin to occupy the territories of Georgia in 2008.
There are the Armenians who have been allowed to became the Russian Ambassadors (the current Russian Ambassador in Iran is an Armenian).
Sergey Lavrov is the right hand of Mr. Putin.
Mr Lavrov is advising Mr.Putin for making wars against the former Soviet Republics.
Sergey Shoigu is the Minister of Defense.
Mr. Shoigu and Mr. Lavrov are the axis of evils.
Both of them are evils.
Putin keeps them because they help hum to kill the innocent people and to occupy the terrutories of the neighbours.
They are killers.
